Within minutes you can walk to Jazz Fest or a Mardi Gras parade like Endymion or even the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA). You can catch the streetcar for an adventure anywhere around New Orleans, dine at some of the best NOLA restaurants, grab fresh produce at the farmer’s market, and more. In City Park alone there’s the New Orleans Museum of Art (NOMA), a sculpture garden, a golf course and driving range, tennis courts, a dog park, and even 24-hour coffee and beignets.

Our nearby historic neighborhoods are fun to bike or rent a scooter. Faubourg Marigny and the Bywater offer daytime activities and festivals, as well as an active nightlife with famous (and “not-so-famous”) restaurants, bars, and music clubs!
