We’ve attempted to keep the expenses (as contained in the rental agreement) simple, straightforward, and easy to calculate… But, of course, please contact us if you have questions about any costs associated with your stay! The Rental Agreement is pretty detailed but, there are sometimes issues that may require further clarification, which we are happy to address!
Daily Rates, Reservations, and Refund Policy
Daily Rate
$375 (January–July) $325 (August–December)
The Reservation & Payment Process
- The reservation process starts with checking the calendar for availability. Next, contact us to inquire about availability
- We’ll both sign our Rental Agreement (see below for procedure)
- Payment Methods — Visa, MC, AMEX (can be done by phone). Certified check or money order is acceptable also
- 100% of total is due in a single payment at booking
Refund Policy
- 100% prior to 30 days
- Non-refundable 29 days prior to your reserved dates
NOTE: In lieu of a traditional “damage deposit”, the rental agreement addresses damage and settlement options should any accidental damage occur during your stay…
Rental Contract & Applicable Fees
The Rental Agreement
- Once your dates are confirmed as available, you will need to complete and return our Rental Agreement
- The Rental Agreement can be downloaded from our site or we can send it via scanned attachment to an email, or, it can be mailed.
- We are in the process of setting up a docusign account, once that’s complete, the rental agreement can be completed and returned electronically

Your Rental Agreement Will Require a Few Things

- Return within 48hr via docusign (when our acct is set up!) or, via scanned PDF
NOTE: While not optimal, if preferred, good ole US Mail transmittal will be utilized if necessary! At OGH, each unit is professionally cleaned between guests. The Cleaning Fee for The Crescent is $150. This one-time fee is paid up front and included with the total fees listed in your contract.
Check-in/out, Pets, Smoking
Check-In is 3pm (earlier only if pre-approved) Check-Out is 11am
Pets
- Pets are allowed at The Crescent (with prior approval only)
- A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be assessed as part of the total costs due up front and itemized in The Rental Contract
- Pets are not allowed @ Bayou View
Smoking
- There is NO SMOKING indoors in any unit at any time. Outside ashtrays will be available, though, if you must!
