This is all contained in your “Rental Agreement”, but here’s a quick summary, it’s quite simple…
- Check the calendar, request available dates
- The calendar lets me know and I contact you (by phone or email)
- We both sign the Rental Contract electronically via “DocuSign” (it automatically sends us both signed copies).
- You provide me with a credit card making payment in full (Refund Policy is addressed in the Rental Agreement)
- You are now booked at OGH and free to get excited about planning your NOLA adventure!
Other Stuff
- Check-in is 3pm
- Check-out is 11am
- Keys are returned to same combination lock box where you picked them up
- Re-book your trip before leaving — while of course not mandatory, highly recommended!
